"I wish I had used your services last week. We did a small show in DC and I sent two boxes, via a well known express shipper, as I had plenty of time to get it there. It was due for delivery last Monday, as the expo was just three hours on Tuesday evening and we gave a talk Tuesday morning. Well, the boxes never showed up until 15 minutes before the show. So, we were able to salvage it but it was a nightmarish day spent on the phone with the people at XXXX, and we didn't have our materials to pass out during our talk.
